The Global Village Museum is excited to launch its summer youth programs with Mini Explorers: Toddler Art Time, a playful, hands-on experience led by Sam Hensley, our new Volunteer and Collections Manager. With an MA in Art History and a background in museum education at institutions like the Denver Art Museum and CU Boulder, Sam brings both expertise and enthusiasm to this creative adventure. On Thursday, July 10, from 10 to 11:30 am, children ages 2–5 are invited to explore world cultures through colorful finger painting and story time, using pre-outlined designs inspired by global artistic traditions. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is $35 per child or $10 for Museum youth members, and all materials are included. Space is limited — register early to join the fun!
