Perk Up! Chocolates and International Coffees

Perk Up! Chocolates and International Coffees will be presented from 1-3 pm Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures.  Toby Gadd, co-owner of Nuance Chocolate, will explain the magical transformation of raw cacao beans into authentic and delicious chocolate.  Daniella Kocher Hobson, proprietor of Mountain Iris Café, will explore the history and culture of coffees around the world.  Admission is $5/person, which includes admission to the Museum’s four galleries.
