Crunchy Critter Cuisine

The Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures presents Crunchy Critter Cuisine from 1-3 pm on Saturday, June 16.  The nutritional value of edible insects, both locally and around the world, will be highlighted. Speakers are Dr. Amy Franklin, founder and president of Farms for Orphans, and Nate Hines, co-owner of The Welsh Rabbit.  Admission $5 ~ Members FREE, which includes entry into the Museum’s four galleries
